Jerry Pryor

Jerry Pryor earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia before attending law school at New England Law in Boston, MA.  After completing law school, Jerry remained in Boston for three years practicing law.  In 2010, he was awarded scholarship by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to attend the University of Nebraska College of Law’s Master of Law program in Space and Telecommunications Law as member of the program’s third class.  He completed his Master’s Thesis on international regulation of the Internet.

Jerry then spent time in Washington, DC with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  He worked on a number of regulatory issues involving wireless service providers and also clerked for a former FCC Commissioner.

In 2013, Jerry was admitted to the Florida Bar.  He joined Harris Guidi Rosner, PA in 2018 and puts his knowledge of administrative law to use by representing disabled and injured clients in Social Security disability and workers’ compensation claims.  Presently, he co-chairs the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Social Security and Worker’s Compensation Law Committee.  He also serves as a board member of the Robert M. Foster American Inn of Court and his local Rotary club.  He previously served on the board of the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (JALA) and is a member of Leadership Nassau’s class of 2016.

Jerry is an avid traveler and always up for an adventure.  He has been to five out of seven continents.  He has trekked to Everest Base Camp and the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro and has scuba dived in the Indian Ocean.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.
