Biography
As a Jacksonville native, Timothy Miller played football and graduated from Bolles. After graduation, he attended the University of Alabama where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and went on to obtain his Law Degree from Florida Coastal Law School. After graduating from law school, Mr. Miller started his legal career in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL to where he worked as a prosecutor in the 4th Judicial Circuit. Although he was originally assigned to misdemeanor cases in County Court, Mr. Miller was quickly promoted to Circuit Court where he handled many different types of felony crimes. Before leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Miller was assigned to Repeat Offender Court where he handled a multitude of complex cases often dealing with life felonies. After several years and nearly 60 jury trials at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Miller took his talents to a local firm where he focused his practice in defending the rights of those accused of crimes.
In April of 2020, Timothy Miller joined the Harris Guidi Rosner, P.A. team where he uses his experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system to defend the rights of individuals who have been accused of committing crimes. In addition, Mr. Miller is strongly committed to assisting individuals with their Family Law, Injunctions for Protection, and Civil Litigation matters.
