At Harris, Guidi, Rosner, we take great effort in ensuring that a potential new client does not pose any form of conflict of interest for our firm. We cross reference any potential new client with our client base to prevent direct adversity with any other client. We also strive not to represent a potential new client if such representation hinders the responsibility of any of our clients, any other responsibility to any third person, and lastly that such representation is not limited by the attorney’s own interest. In certain circumstances we often will seek each client’s consent after consultation of the potential of any conflict of interest. We are as transparent as we can be to ensure that the client’s interest are above that of the firm.
Our attorneys may not always tell our clients what they want to hear, but what will be discussed will be the truth and from the heart. We have found that many clients want the candor and truth from their attorney and appreciate skipping the sugar coating many provide in today’s America. We explain the good, the bad and the ugly of every case, to allow our clients to make the necessary and difficult decisions any case may pose.
